Information Collection and Use

ProcureStack Inc. collects information necessary for providing our services, including the AI-powered email labeling tool. We utilize the OpenAI API to enhance user experience, ensuring that any data sent to the API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models, in compliance with OpenAI’s data usage policies.

Google User Data Access

Our application accesses the following Google user data:

1. Email Content: We access the content of your emails to process them through the OpenAI API. This allows us to determine appropriate labels for each email based on its content. Importantly, we do not store the email text or any related files. The email content is passed to the OpenAI API to get a response, and then the appropriate label is applied.
2. Email Labels: We add and remove labels to and from email threads to help automate the organization of procurement-related emails. This requires the gmail.modify scope, which allows our application to modify email labels. More details can be found in the Google API documentation.

How We Use Your Data

1. Email Processing: The content of your emails is accessed securely via the Google Workspace API and is processed securely in accordance with OpenAI API policies. We do not store the email content; it is only temporarily used for processing.
2. Label Application: Based on the response from the OpenAI API, our application applies the suggested label to your email using the Gmail API.

Data Security

We implement administrative, physical, and electronic measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

ProcureStack Inc. may share data with third parties to provide services requested by users, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ProcureStack Inc., its users, or the public.

User Rights and Choices

Google Workspace APIs

We explicitly affirm that Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

OpenAI API

We use the OpenAI API in compliance with OpenAI’s terms. Your data will not be used to train or improve models unless you choose to opt-in.

Policy Changes

ProcureStack Inc. may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the service after any changes indicates acceptance of the new policy.

International Transfer of Data

If users are located outside the United States and choose to provide information, the data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our service, users consent to this transfer and processing of data.

Children's Privacy

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ('Children'). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information without parental consent, we will take steps to remove it from our servers.
